WR: Plaxico Burress (New York Giants)

Okay, so the Giants won the Super Bowl last year, but Plaxico’s game-winning touchdown was overshadowed by David Tyree’s gravity-defying catch late in the fourth quarter. Burress will be lill Eli’s go-to guy this season, and with over a thousand yards receiving last year, there’s no reason why he shouldn’t be. The only question lies in whether Manning will be able to step up his passing game this year (he threw 20 interceptions in 2007) and actually be able to connect with Burress and his cadre of receivers.
