In one of his campaign's more ridiculously out of touch moments, McCain responded to Heidi Montag and her creepy boyfriend's endorsement by calling "The Hills" star "a very talented actress." Montag was so flattered by the compliment, she took a photo of Cindy along on her next visit to the plastic surgeon.
