Video: Dining trends in 2011

Cupcakes are out, homemade marshmallows are in. That’s just one of the dining trends for 2011.  Also making the national list released by Zagat; goat neck, single-dish restaurants, and velvet falernum, to name a few.  Locally, food editor for Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine, Stephanie March says small plates, artisanal coffee, sexy vegetables and bread (carb lovers rejoice) are all going to be big this year.
