True Thai

The menu at True Thai says the gloriously addictive Pad Thai (Number 53) is Thailand’s "gift to the world.” Well, at the very least, it’s True Thai's gift to the Seward neighborhood. From the order to the eating, your Pad Thai, Red Curry with Kabocha Squash, or Drunkard’s Noodles will be on your table in less than 10 minutes. The only catch is getting in—especially on a weekend night. But Anna, the fast-talking (and fast moving) owner, eventually carves through the line of customers that’s sometimes seen stretching out the door. With Thai food this good, the wait will be well worth it.
