Two of the most popular items at Axel's Bonfire are the "Drunk and Dirty Sirloin," marinated in bourbon and cajun spices, and "Axel's Pan-fried Walleye" with almonds. Regulars also come to Axel's Bonfire for the lively nightlife entertainment. Wednesdays features an acoustic trio that has been playing at Axel's Bonfire since it opened in St. Paul. Thursdays features live acts mostly from local artists. Guests can also count on a Dueling Pianos show from Thursday through Saturday. You can request songs from two pianists or simply sing along to what they play. Before you start singing, make sure you try the martinis. They're made in really large shakers, so you end up with a 2-in-1 martini.
