Even with a menu full of grilled steaks, seafood and homemade Polish fare, the biggest draw to Nye’s Polonaise Room is the aesthetic overload...and the World's Most Dangerous Polk Band. Untouched by the hands of modernity, Nye’s is stuck in a time warp from décor to staff. The booths shine, the carpet swirls and the dim room glows red. The senior staff doesn’t skip a beat, complete with a nightly sing along piano bar and weekend polka band. Specials don’t seem to exist, but their generous pours will make sure you swallow your fair share of the bottle—all the better for your two-step.
