As a result, the S2G menu includes noodle dishes from Singapore (hawker stand favorite, “Chow Fun”) Cantonese egg rolls, Indian curry (Nasi Goreng) and Japanese pizza (Okonomiyaki) which is pictured.

The Japanese pizza is an exclusive to S2G in Minnesota. Made in the Hiroshima style, this dish is part pancake, part omelette and part pizza.

Two large rounds of egg (one on the top, one on the bottom) are filled with Udon noodles, beef, shrimp, green onion, cabbage, bean sprouts and cheese. Topped with a rich Okonomiyaki sauce, specially imported, this dish is best described as yummy!
