When Corrine Tan moved to Minnesota, after living and working in Malaysia and Japan, that little taste of home she was looking for, just couldn’t be found.

So she took matters into her own hands and opened “Satay 2 Go ” in Apple Valley.

You’d think the authenticity of the place would be swayed by the location – it’s literally in a strip mall, in the parking lot, of a Home Depot.

But this is not the case.
