The newly opened 3 Squares restaurant in Maple Grove carries on the spirit of the other Blue Plate locations by providing a similar menu to the Edina/ Highland/ Longfellow Grills, fast and friendly service and some damn good breakfast.

Here's a look at some of the delicious dishes on the table—including the pierogies, the turkey burger, some eggs and hash-browns, and a nice little kiwi torte to top things off—and in the kitchen, where the chefs show us some of their beautiful breakfast dishes.
