The first LEED-certified restaurant in Minnesota (translation for non-eco geeks: incredibly environmentally friendly in its construction), the Red Stag Supperclub is the latest arrival from restaurateur Kim Bartmann, who previously found success steering the kitchens at Barbette and Bryant Lake Bowl toward locally sourced organic offerings. Expect the same from the Red Stag, as local farmers and fresh ingredients are at the core of Red Stag’s menu, “organic” doesn’t mean granola here though, as there’s plenty of reasonably priced old school supper club staples here, like surf n' turf and juicy pork chops.
