This place is like a salad bar—but stir-fry style. There are "recipes" to help you along, but the idea is to start with any empty bowl, and then choose from 16 proteins, 26 veggies and 16 sauces to create your perfect stir-fry. If you have a knack for food pairings, this place will let you experiment. However, if you don't know what you're doing, you could end up with a bowl full of crappy tasting ingredients. The whole mess is then passed on to a cook who grills it all up on a huge Mongolian grill, alongside other cooks who are doing the same. Mongo's also houses Tully's coffee.
