Sushi Tango dances with flavor, offering a full menu of sushi and other Japanese cuisine. The fairly traditional sushi menu is not as inventive as other sushi restaurants, but the chefs are. Ask them for something special and they will always oblige. The Yosa Nabe is a hearty alternative to the raw fare. It features shrimp, cod, mussels, tofu, vegetables, noodes, enoki and shitaki mushrooms in a Japanese broth with Ponzu dipping sauce.
