Pastry Chef John Kraus left Chicago’s French Pastry School to open Patisserie 46. The bakery will use local ingredients and offer everything from croissants, brioche, artisan breads, coffee cake and muffins to artisan ice cream and sorbet, birthday and wedding cakes, and cookies.
