Every Monday, the wonderful chefs at Barbette prepare 4 to 5 course dinners, including a dessert and/or cheese course for only $32. Diverse menus often include locally harvested meat, but chef Peter is more than happy to accommodate vegetarians, vegans or others with dietary constraints. Just call ahead and let them know you are coming.
