Victor's 1959 Cafe: User Reviews

I have yet to have one bad word to say about Victor's.

The atmosphere is never dull and it's well worth the wait on busy weekend mornings. Where else can you find more to read on the tables and walls than in your newspaper?

And the food...oh, the food. Standouts on the affordable menu are the fried plantains, cubano sandwich (huuuge), the corn pancake (buttery to the max) and really anything on the menu with eggs (so like, everything).

I saw this online before I moved here, then saw it on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives on Food Network.

I've been in the area for 6 weeks and have been here twice and will be back often!!

Food was excellent, service was great with some personal attention by owner!!!

Crowd in restaruant was very interesting both times, I'm a people watcher. Area is really neat and eclectic. Just a lot of fun.
