Though the interior of the former Shelly’s Woodroast remains virtually untouched, the menu has gotten a major overhaul with new ownership (and name change). The dishes swimming out of this kitchen are a mix of seafood and wild game meats, all with the flavor of the Yukon in mind. Try the wood fire grilled fish (the Wild Alaskan Halibut is a favorite) or a prime cut of Angus beef to accompany a glass of red from Alaska Eatery's remarkable wine list.
