Spill the Wine, in the Mill City District, serves European-influenced cuisine and pours wines of the world. This upscale spot gets its edge from the beautifully raw restaurant space, full of exposed brick and metal. While the building is industrial, the cuisine is definitely not. Start with a calamari appetizer or grilled tuna salad, followed up by the butternut squash filled tortalacci in a sage cream sauce with a side of grilled asparagus. Let your server suggest wine pairings and, of course, make the ubiquitous joke to your dinner date when you spill a little on the table.
