It's all about the views and the vittles at the new Loring Kitchen & Bar. Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the restaurant give everybody a view of Loring Park, and their patio is already garnering rave reviews. The food is contemporary but not too frilly, with small "temptations" plates like scallops and braised beef, as well as less-refined dishes like mini burgers (Loring Buns) and fried chicken.
