Fong's Restaurant and Bar

Fong’s in Prior Lake is much more upscale than your typical Chinese restaurant.  For a lively experience, sit in the front bar area. When you get your meal, you'll notice how much owner, David Fong, and his family pride themselves on visual presentation. An entrée called Sea Treasures is served in a Phoenix Nest which piques diners’ curiosity. This seafood plate consists of scallops, shrimp and vegetables served in a nest of shredded potatoes and tastes as good as it looks.
