Named for their unique cooking technique, Smashburger starts with a one-third or half-pound ball of beef that is smashed flat on the grill to lock in a spectacular juicy flavor. You can choose from their Classic burger, sample their specifically tailored Twin Cities Smashburger, or even build your own sandwich topped with a wide selection of condiments like fresh jalapenos, haystack onions, or fried egg.

But don't let their name fool you into thinking they've only got burgers, you can also get your hands on Smashchicken sandwhiches, Smashbrats and hotdogs, and smashsalads. What a smashingly good time.

And you can get all of these entrees paried with some of their delicious sides, like their scrumptious smashfries that are tossed with rosemary, olive oil, and garlic. Or perhaps you'll just stick with a Haagen-Dazs shake for dessert. Add that to the fact that beyond fountain soda you can grab yourself a frosty mug beer or glass of wine, and you've got yourself one heck of a great fast-casual restaurant.
