You go to Great Waters to get, well, watered. At any time, the brew pub has eight handcrafted beers on tap, like the St. Peter Ale, the Golden Prairie Blonde and the Blackwatch Oat Stout. They make and carry four cask pulled beers served at 52 degrees (try the Old Bastard Ale, if only for its name) and at happy hour, there’s quite a crowd around the bar. Aside from the pint of your choice, Great Waters serves burgers, sandwiches, salads and pastas. It's all a step up from typical bar fare and the specials are generous.
