On Fridays, Rosen's hosts an all-day Happy Hour with $3 drink and cheap appetizer specials from 11 a.m. til 10 p.m. For an extra-special treat, the free appetizer buffet comes out at 3 p.m. and doesn't leave until 7 p.m. It gets crowded so don't be surprised if you have to throw some elbows to get a plate.
