Picosa is an affordably fun night out. What other place in Minneapolis throws their happy hour at you on a Friday night?

They've got 2-for-1 taps, house wine and cocktails, plus tacos for just $1. The DJs start spinning and the crowd starts dancing all night long to work off those five or six tacos. The weekday after-work Happy Hour is the same minus the turn tables.
