This place is hard to miss. Not only is 331 the address on University Ave. in Northeast Minneapolis but the building is brightly painted marigold. One of the last venues with live music every night without a cover charge, you'll find nightly live music on the tiny stage at this watering hole. See some great local bands, the occasional burlesque show and a host of other area talent on a low budget. A small menu offers enough to fill you up (try the Raleigh’s Texas Tacos) and the Tuesday food specials ( 7-11p.m.) are a true bargain. On the bar side, their signature 331 Martini is unbelievably just $3.31. This place is a townie bar in the big city.
