Thanh Do is a family restaurant run by six members of a south Minneapolis family, the oldest of which is Thom Pham. This was his first venture, made successful with the help of his brothers and sisters, some of whom, like Pham, were adopted from different parts of the world. The new generation of Asian cuisine, Thanh Do serves up hot and spicy meals with lunch specials served daily from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
