Poor Customer Service

My daughter spoke with two managers (Nancy and Steve) to have a groom's dinner for forty people at Kobe's. Both managers were extremely excited. They said they would be happy to accommodate at the time and date requested and all she needed to do was call back to make an appointment to create a menu and finalize details. When she called back to make the appointment, a new manager, Peter, refused to honor this commitment because, in the meantime, another group had been a no show, so he was changing the policy to not allow group reservations during dinner hours. Despite our offer to pay in advance, he still refused. Obviously he has never planned a wedding or heard of customer service.

We've had high standards from living on the west coast with great options. Living too far from the luxuries of the mass options in the cities.. we were very excited to have a more local sushi choice. Our server was always right on top of our 4 course meal/ordering style, always having our next course and drinks coming out in perfect timing. The food has always been great and extremely well priced. I'd recommend this to anyone. And I Have eaten there for lunch with on-top-of-it, speedy service.

Not so Good

I went here for lunch and the service was slow and the menu had a lot of options for sushi but that was about it. I would not recommend it and do not plan on going back.
