A hell of a good weekend brunch served up by someone in pajamas? You’re not at home but rather the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The tradition of the servers wearing pajamas on the weekends started shortly after Hell’s Kitchen opened five years ago, when the staff was told to wake up and come as they were instead of showing up late.

Don’t let the laid back style and the simple look of the building fool you. They may serve great scrambled eggs but Hell's Kitchen is not your average diner. With unique menu items like wild rice porridge, bison burgers and homemade peanut butter, this downtown spot is hotter than hell. Make reservations if you want to get in before hell freezes over (we couldn't resist one more).
