Annie's Parlor is that burger and malt shop that you thought only existed in movies. Annie's serves juicy cheeseburgers, crispy fries and a fantastic strawberry milkshake. Upstairs from the Kitty Cat Klub in Dinkytown, this diner is stocked with old-fashioned chairs, red-checked tablecloths and one of the best deck patio views in Minneapolis. The panoramic view of the skyline is best at sunset but you better come early to get a seat.
