Though she's probably best known for her '70s pop music, Linda Ronstadt, right, recorded country music in the '80s. In 1988, Ronstadt won the CMA for musical event of the year with Emmylou Harris, left, and Dolly Parton for their album 'Trio.' After that album peaked at No. 6 on the 'Billboard' album chart, the singers released 'Trio II,' which hit No. 4 on the country charts.
