It was Demi Lovato vs. Flo Rida today rocking the morning shows.
Flo Rida appeared on NBC's Today show, starting out with a patriotic shirt that came off to reveal his many tattoos. The hip-hop star opened with dance hit Good Feeling. Later came the single Whistle and Wild Ones. His shirt came off during I Cry.
"I'm a big fan of everyone on the album from Lil Wayne to Sia, the late, great Miss Etta James," Flo Rida said of hisWild Ones release. When it comes to future collaborations, he said, "I wouldn't mind working with Outkast. I'm a big fan of them. I went on tour with Beyonce before. I wouldn't mind doing something with her."
Meanwhile, Lovato appeared on Good Morning America and chatted a little about working with Simon Cowell, Britney Spears, and L.A. Reid on Season 2 of The X Factor.
"It's going so good. I'm having so much fun. It's amazing." Of Simon, she said, "We tease each other all day long. I don't let him slide without giving it back to him at all. Anything that he says to me, I'm going to give it back."
She also mentioned being that she's been unplugged lately.
"I've kind of vowed to myself that I don't want to take a lot of time out of my day spending it with technology. I don't even really have a cellphone right now. I haven't had a cellphone in like three months or something crazy because I feel like I was addicted to my cellphone."
