SouziQ commented on OM Contemporary Indian Cuisine

If you could eat the decor, this place would be amazing. OM's good cocktails won't keep you happy when your stomach starts growling and eating their food won't make you much happier. Sad, but true. I agree with Katie about heading to Gandhi Mahal (or Nalapak) if you want better food.

I have been to Tiger Sushi numerous numerous times. RJ and his staff do wonderful things with seafood and other ingredients. The quality of their sushi and sashimi is the best I have had here. RJ makes some amazing dishes that are unusual - probably because he is from the Philippines and not Japan. They also have wonderful non-raw dishes for those who are sushi-phobic. The bar staff is also incredible. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Tiger to anyone who loves sushi!

I had a lot of fun there, I wanted to go somewhere different and was pleasantly surprised that I had as much fun as I did. I've heard there's been problems here but I didn't see anything other than a lot of people having a great time. I'll definitely be going back.

Flyleaf is my favorite Christian band. They are awesome. Did you know they're offering extra music if you pre-order their CD through i-Tunes? So cool. This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to. I associate Kikugawa with special events with my family like birthdays. (We had supper here after my confirmation!) The food is tastes great, but on Friday and Saturday nights it sometimes take a while for the food to get to your table...but it's well worth it. If you're new to Japanese cuisine, just ask the wait staff. They're very knowledgeable and can help suggest menu items. If you ask me, get the Bento Box dinner. It has a nice variety and it all tastes delicious.

I invited some friends out to play Wingo on a Thursday night. They sent an ad to my house about it and had signs up in the restaurant. But apparently the manager didn't feel like having it that night. We asked why and he said there wasn't anyone to call the numbers. Hmmm, well you are just standing there watching TV so maybe you should call the numbers. I live in the neighborhood and thought this would be a fun place to go every Thursday night but now I'll never set foot in that place again.
