Rain showers all across the metro did not stop thousands of MPR fans from coming out to the annual Rock The Garden outdoor concert held at the Walker Art Center. A sea of ponchos and rubber boots weathered the rain to listen to highly anticpiated acts Tapes 'N Tapes, Neko Case, Booker T. and My Morning Jacket.
