Photos: Hanson at First Avenue
While it's been nearly 14 years since their debut album and teeny bop earworm "MMMBop" hit the airwaves, Hanson hasn't stopped making music. In fact, they released their fifth album just last year.
And their following is stronger than ever as evidenced by their packed show at First Avenue during a stop on their "Musical Ride Tour."
Hanson is still so connected to their fanbase that, for this tour, they let them vote on the album they perform at each stop. Meaning every show is different and catered to each city.
For their Minneapolis show, the fans voted on their debut album, "Middle of Nowhere." This set the entire crowd on a blissful trip down memory lane to those pre-teen years when the band's faces were plastered on bedroom walls everywhere.
But don't be fooled — Taylor, Isaac and Zac are all grown up and know how to rock out a high energy show. Let's face it — they've had a lot of practice over the years.
And at the same time, their more current music still has the sweet, feel-good vibes they're known for.
Oh — and they're still just as cute!
