The SIX15 Room
A recent Metromix outing took the team to the Grand Hotel's new bar and restaurant, The Six15 Room, where Midwestern food and craft cocktails come to life.
Executive Chef Kris Koch, formerly of 20.21, brings his Midwestern roots to the seriously satisfying bar menu. He had us at walleye tater-tots and turkey burger sliders.
Master mixologist, Troy Tofte, is a passionate cocktail-slinger. He made us swoon with his inventive creations (as you'll see) and left us a believer in the art of alcohol.
