Downtown Minneapolis could accuratley be described as a 'circus' this past weekend as Ms. Britney Spears rolled into town on her world tour with special guests The Pussycat Dolls. Metromix stopped by do some people watching in front of Target Center and found a nice mix of fans who were dressed-to-impress or dressed in their best ode to Britney.
