Best German bars in the Metro

Just because six million people will not swarm the Twin Cities the way they do Munich, Germany from now through October, does not mean there is a shortage of places to go to show support for the celebration of beer.

In fact we have even compiled a list of buzzyworthy Bavarian spots where you can not only just drink beer but also join in on the other traditional Oktoberfest festivities. Just remember to make sure you look a German in the eye while giving them a nice hardy Prost! (cheers) otherwise that beer might come right back to hit you in your face.

Looks for some places to really get your polka on? Check out some of the best Oktoberfest parties in the Twin Cities.
