Metromix is sending local restaurant hopper Ted Bradford out to some Twin Cities watering holes to find out where to get a good drink. Ted has worked in the Twin Cities service industry for the past decade, so we think he ought to know when the pour is right.
Sometimes Ted will go to a place with a certain cocktail in mind, other times he'll ask the bartender to bring him the best they have.
