Dick's Bar in Osseo has everything you'd expect from a small Minnesotan bar. The food's average, but the atmosphere is friendly and lots of fun on weekends. Tap beers are priced to move, especially during happy hour. Pull tabs, bingo, and a meat raffle held on Thursdays all benefit the Osseo Fire Department.
