North of the Twin Cities, Anoka is one of the few metro towns that have retained a real downtown. Billy’s is a sports bar located in Anoka’s quaint main area near the Mississippi River and shops. There’s a Happy Hour every weekday from 3:30-6 p.m. and the bar food (quesadillas, burgers, wings and big salads) is very affordable. What's more, there's always the Leinie's seasonal on tap.
