Each of the three Grumpy’s locations has its own character and the Northeast bar stands -- well, maybe sits -- out as the most laid back. On any given evening, you will find a handful of regulars at the rail and some young couple staring dreamy-eyed at each other in one of the booths. The tap beer selection is extensive and includes some drafts you won’t come across everywhere else.  If you can make it on a Tuesday, be a good Minnesotan and try the hot dish of the week.
